Vehicle listings

We take care to describe vehicles accurately, but listings are provided as a guide only. Specifications, options, kilometres, availability and pricing can change without notice, and errors can occur. Photographs are of the actual vehicle unless stated otherwise. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell; a sale is only formed when a written contract is signed by both parties.

Pricing

Where a price is described as drive away, it includes on-road costs current at the time of listing. Where it isn't, stamp duty, registration, transfer and other government charges are additional. Prices are in Australian dollars.

Inspections

We recommend every buyer inspects the vehicle or arranges an independent inspection before purchase. We'll help facilitate this.

Finance

FRN Motorsports is not a lender or a credit provider. Finance is arranged through third-party brokers and lenders and is subject to their approval. See our finance disclaimer.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on information published on it, other than as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

The FRN Motorsports name, logo, site design and content are owned by or licensed to FRN Motorsports and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the relevant transaction takes place.
